Returns

• Wrong product delivered

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized products (name necklaces, customized pendants, etc.)
• Digital products (PDFs, ebooks, Excel sheets)
• Astrology or digital services

These items are non-refundable because they are personalized or instantly delivered.

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be refunded to the original payment method

Replacement

In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, we may offer:

• Product replacement

• Store credit / refund
